Auction Terms & Conditions Payment Terms: Cash, Check and all Major Credit Cards are accepted. A 5% Buyers Premium is waived for cash and check payments. All items are sold as is where is with no gaurantee. It is the buyers responsiblity to inspect all items prior to bidding. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Items with Titles: Consignors are required to turn in any titles/keys to the cashiers office before item can be offered at auction. Cash payments can have the title signed over that day IF both parties are present and a notary is on staff. Payments of check and credit card must be processed and funds recieved by the auction company before the title can be transfered.
