TERMS OF THE AUCTION: BID ACCEPTANCE & DOWN PAYMENT: The property is selling in AS-IS condition to the highest bidder. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase contract that is available for review prior to the auction. A 10% (Cash or Check) non-refundable down payment is required from the successful bidder on the day of the auction. The balance is due at closing within 40 days.
