Auction Terms & Conditions BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you win the bid on an item at $100.00 your final bill will be $110.00. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard , Discover, American Express & Cash. All credit cards will be charged immediately after the closing of the auction. If you want to pay cash for your items at pickup please state so in the "Notes to the Auctioneer" section in the registration process or email [email protected] If your items are not picked up on 08/06 or 08/07 your items will be forfeited and will become the property of The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS FOR ANY REASON STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools. SHIPPING: We will be offering shipping for this auction at the buyers expense. Shipping will be your responsibility to arrange with Pak Mail in Mt. Vernon (740) 392-6245. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, or the image may not always accurately represent the color of an item, always read the item description. CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.
